Transportation Seminar (WTS), a unique member-driven and governed association based

for women, is looking for a talented manager to serve as its next Executive
Director, reporting directly to its active Board of Directors.
will have a proven track
record of successful management, finance, operations, fund-raising and foundation
experience in a nonprofit membership association, advocacy organization, or
have interpersonal skills that will foster positive relationships with WTS and
WTS Foundation Boards, staff, Chapter leadership and corporate sponsor
partners. Candidates will have result-oriented experience working directly with
Boards, committees and industry partners with a comprehensive understanding of
the relationships and respective responsibilities of each.

supervision, mentoring, developing and building a high-functioning staff
A Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related discipline is required, an
advanced degree in a similar discipline is preferred.
